Behind the Build.

Lumina is a duplex penthouse interior for a collector who wanted the architecture to recede and the art to lead. We kept the palette quiet — graphite, bronze, and bleached oak — with concealed museum-grade lighting and bespoke joinery that doubles as display. The open kitchen in fenix matte laminate flows into a formal dining anchored by a sculptural pendant, while the upper floor holds three bedrooms, each with its own material personality.
